Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Quantum-NoteMaster provided by Quantum S2 Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. Organization admins control membership, roles, and access to organization data.
3. Acceptable use
- Comply with applicable laws in Nigeria and your jurisdiction.
- No infringement, malware, or attempts to access others’ data.
- No use to create unlawful recordings; obtain consent where required.
4. Content and IP
You retain ownership of your audio and transcripts. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store the content solely to provide the service. Our software, logos, and documentation are protected by IP laws.
5. Plans, billing, and usage
Plan limits (minutes, seats) are enforced. Overage may be billed per minute. Fees are non‑refundable unless required by law. Taxes (including Nigerian VAT) may apply.
6. Third‑party services
We integrate with providers such as Supabase, AssemblyAI, Vercel, and Brevo. Their terms govern their services.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or legal risk. You may export your data before termination.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid in the prior three months.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Lagos State, unless another forum is required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
